You are doing it for YOU!

The course, comprised of the first 100 hours of Home Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training, extends a solid foundation in philosophy, practices and lifestyle, without focus on instruction. We devote time to personal practice, theoretical lecture and reflective discussion. 

This 100 hours can be applied toward our full 200 hour certification course if you decide to continue on with the current session, or at a later date.
