Curious to learn more about the science and art of practicing and teaching yoga?

Yoga is a small word with deep meaning. In this three-month training, we’ll explore its history, philosophy and healing power — transforming your practice on the mat and awakening your inner wisdom off the mat. You’ll reconnect with the strength, grace and ease already rooted inside you.

YOGA AS A PRACTICE

Yoga is a practice that supports and heals our body, energy and mind. This training will teach you the healthiest alignment for your physical body through anatomy and alignment classes. This training will also guide you through subtle body practices that bring the best alignment of your energetic body and teach you the most clear and joyful alignment of your mental body through our philosophy classes and discussions.

Each of our teachers brings rich wisdom and a deep personal commitment to the classroom. This course is rooted in decades of collective experience and thoughtfully designed by HOME owner Brittany Belisle, who holds a Master’s in Education and over ten years of experience creating engaging, inclusive curricula for both yoga teacher trainings and high school classrooms.

OUR VINYASA YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING

Our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course blends the roots of ancient yoga with modern science and lifestyle. Registration is open. Take this opportunity to refine your personal practice and deepen your spiritual connection!

This training provides a deep dive into yogic philosophy, anatomy, physiology and intelligent sequencing. You’ll leave with more energy, grace, and understanding — on and off the mat.

SCHEDULE
September 19 - January 11 | 8 weekends + 11 Wednesday evenings

MORNINGS
3 hours of practice: breath work, meditation, chanting, journaling, and an all-levels Vinyasa focused on a specific category of asana (pre-course conditioning suggested)

AFTERNOONS
Lectures, alignment labs, discussions and practice teaching. Topics include Anatomy & Physiology, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Sequencing, Adjustments, Chakras, Mantra & Japa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Kriya, Building Yoga Classes, Ayurveda, Business of Yoga, Teaching Ethics, and more.
