Expect mellow vibes and leaving a little high.

HATHA YOGA

Beginner friendly class that supports all bodies and open to all levels.
Hatha yoga utilizes mindful movement, conscious breath, and compassion to bring us into the present moment where we can begin to cultivate positive connections to our highest self. You can expect simple breathwork, engaged asana, and balance practice in this class, along with a long savasana to leave you feeling grounded and nourished.

RESTORATIVE WITH HOT STONES

Restorative yoga with hot stones is a class in which students move through a series of postures that are held longer than in conventional yoga classes using props like bolsters, blankets, blocks and hot stones. These tools are used in sequences to create positions that facilitate deep states of relaxation and ease - especially when life may not be relaxing or easy!

KUNDALINI

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient healing practice which includes breath work, mantras, kriyas (series of coordinated asanas), meditation and relaxation.

It is often called the Yoga of Awareness allowing each student class by class, session by session to release accumulated stress and toxins of daily life, invigorating mind, body and spirit. Join us to find that connection to inner calm and inner strength.

SHAKTI SCULPT

This 50-minute energetic class ignites your inner fire, sculpts your body, and creates space to harness the powerful shakti (dynamic lifeforce energy) within. Combining breathwork, Pilates, deep core engagement, muscle sculpting, and cardio with resistance and weights, this class is set to vibrant, upbeat music. It’s a dynamic and fun way to focus the mind, strengthen the body, and channel your spirit through mindful movement, breath, and intentional exercise.

JOY OF EMBODIMENT

All levels are welcome! Neesha blends Anusara Yoga, Franklin Method including Dynamic Neurocognitive Imaging, and Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra teachings to facilitate the blissful recognition goal of each class.

What to expect: Engaged muscles as you move through shapes - Hydrated fascia - Specific teachings to engage and move with strength, to resist compensatory patterns, to get into new spaces (flexibility) - Space for self-reflection - Insight and guidance into human body function universally and space to find what is unique and personal to you - The pace is slower than a vinyasa, but more effort than yin or restorative yoga.

MELT

MELT is a self treatment technique using a soft foam roller and balls to rehydrate the fascia and balance the nervous system, enhancing mobility, stability and performance. Fascia is a fluid based 3D network of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every bone, muscle, blood vessel, organ and nerve fiber in place. Healthy fascia is slippery and elastic supporting upright stability in the body but injury, stress, repetitive movements and just daily living can create areas of dehydrated or sticky tissue, stuck stress. Stuck stress can inhibit mobility, cause compression and compensation and eventually lead to pain. MELT’s specific techniques help move stuck stress and restore fascia’s supportive qualities.
