For students who aspire to learn beyond weekly Yoga classes and explore the greater principles of philosophy, asana and lifestyle. This course is devoted to personal practice, theoretical lecture and reflective discussion.
The 100hours can be applied toward our full 200 hour certification course, should you decide to continue on in with the current session or at a later date.
