Radical Self Care

This 6 night "sabbatical" is designed to nourish & revive body, mind and spirit. It is a week dedicated to calming downs your mind, taking care of your body, and connecting with your spirit. Enjoy daily devotional practices of yoga, pranayama, meditation, chanting, introspective journaling, swimming and singing!

We will be supported by farm-to-table vegetarian meals lovingly created by our private, local chef is a combination sure to create lasting joyful, inner stillness. 

Harnessing the true intentional power of retreat- to consciously rest, renew our commitment and exploration of practice, and (re)connect with community in an all-inclusive environment. April on Maui is said to be one of the best months climate-wise. Sunny temps and warm ocean waves, the new moon- held in the healing arms of Mama Maui!

What To Expect

7 glorious days and 6 beautiful nights.

Daily practices:
Sunrise breathwork and meditation on the beach.
Morning Vinyasa (Power or Gentle Poolside)
Evening Yoga Nidra, Yin and Restorative Yoga options,
Pranayama, chanting and journal writing.

3 gourmet meals per day, prepared by our private local chef
using the best organic, local ingredients.

Our retreat space is a private gated estate, steps from the beach!

We will be in 3 beautiful units.
Each unit has 2- 3 bedrooms (with private baths),
a shared kitchen, living/dining areas and patio.
Yoga studio on site, heated outdoor pool.

Free time to enjoy the ocean, view the sea turtles, 5 minute walks to cute little towns, optional field trips and more.

Location, location, location:

Nestled in the town of Kihei, our gated oasis of an inn has something for everyone:

Stroll across the road to small semi-private beaches or walk a bit further to Charley Young Beach, where you’ll find an expanse of sand and sea for your lounging pleasure.

Feel like a coffee or cocktail, shopping, a mani/pedi or massage? The town center is minutes by foot or Uber, with a marketplace for souvenirs, restaurants and food trucks.

In the other direction, a bit further, is Wailea where you will find up-scale dining, shopping and of course more of the world’s most prisitne beaches!

Important Details

  • Room Prices include meals, lodging and yoga.

  • Payment plans welcome. Reach out to discuss.

  • Not included: Airfare, transportation to/from the Inn and airport, but you will arrive easily in about 30 minutes by Uber, Lyft or rental.

  • We will fly into Kahului Airport, OGG. There are lots of direct and connecting flights into Maui. Some guests will choose to arrive early or stay longer. Those accommodations are not included, and cannot be added through the hosts.

  • The best itinerary is one that lands in the early to mid-afternoon on 4/23 and departs after noon on 4/29.

  • You can secure your spot HERE with a non-refundable $500 deposit (50% Refund available IF space is filled). All participants with initial deposits must pay their balance in full at least 30 days before the retreat starts.

  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended. We suggest: Seven Corners - choose “cancel for any reason” insurance.  This insurance must be purchased within 20 days of making your first retreat payment/deposit.

  • You will be asked for personal info, health + dietary needs upon registration so we can support you best.

  • Much of the retreat’s accommodations are semi-private/communal and shared - please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with questions!

  • Washer and dryer in each unit.

  • Deluxe cotton linens & towels (bath & beach), cozy comforters, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion & hand soap, hair dryer, + wifi are all included for each guest.

  • Beach chairs available to borrow. Snorkel, , bikes, paddle and surf boards available for rent nearby.

  • One “extra” of your choice included: Choose from one of two optional field trips or a mala-making evening. Add $25 for each additional.

  • Optional massage available.

A sweet little room big enough for sleeping two twins, a larger bathroom, and a door to the pool/ outdoor porch amidst majestic palms and tropical landscaping. Bathroom shared with your roommate; full kitchen and living room shared with your unit-mates.

We Are..

Brittany Belisle, owner of Home Yoga Studio, and experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Forever a student, Britt says "yoga continually supports me in finding equanimity and an elevated perspective in all life experiences." Britt will guide Asana practices, meditation and mantra.

Emelia Nidel has been the director of all things Samadhi Yoga Denver for 8 years. A yoga teacher, Hoffman Process graduate and current student of Yoga Therapy. Emelia will guide reflective and intentional journaling and sharing.

Gillian Adamo was the personal chef for Ram Dass for many years before his passing. Ram Dass, in describing Gillian’s craft, said, “ She has the ability to extend love because she cares and has a presence in what she does, and sensitivity to what she is feeding people by choosing food, intuitively, to support them.”
